  •  If you are not available for an appointment or need to speak with Su before our next available appointment, you may request a phone or Zoom appointment at a scheduled time with Su.

    Su will call you to discuss your current health condition and concerns. In addition, she will provide advice for improving on your specific medical concerns. Phone consults may also be scheduled for prescription requests or referrals. 

  • Home visits are appointments in which Su will go to the patient's home to conduct an exam. These visits are for patients who do not wish to come to the office, newborn patients, or patients who are very sick.

  • Well child exams are routine physical examinations for children ages 0-18. This type of exam helps identify problems before they start.

    Along with discussing health concerns with Su, we conduct urinalysis, hemoglobin, hearing and vision tests. Hemoglobin is used to screen for anemia and starts at the 9-month Well-Child exam. These are used to assess your child's overall health, in addition to utilizing the ASQ (Ages and Stages Questionnaire) to assess the development of children ages 5 and under. ASQs can be found on our forms page

  • Su will recommend diagnostic testing at a laboratory, radiology center, etc. when seeking to detect an irregularity or diagnose a patient. We use specialty test kits from Genova, Real Time Labs, Great Plains, DUTCH, and GI Map.

  • Annual Exams are routine physical examinations for men and women. This type of exam helps identify problems before they start. The annual exam also allows patients to discuss current health concerns with Su.

  • Hormone Consults are exams that assess men’s and women's hormone levels. Balanced hormones are essential to a sense of well-being and meeting your life’s goals and expectations. This exam serves to establish hormone balance and support patients going through the many symptoms of hormone disorder.

  • This type of exam helps identify problems before they start. It also allows patients to discuss current health concerns with Su. Patients can be seen for acute care such as pneumonia, ear infections and abdominal pain.

    Routine check ups can be scheduled on an annual basis, or in short term periods depending on the patient's medical conditions and concerns.

  • Travel appointments are for patients that are planning to leave the country. We provide the vaccinations required for travel. During this appointment, Su will discuss travel plans with the patient to ensure health and safety for the trip.
