Our Practice Model

Over the years, we have seen that patients and families with regular and structured care typically have the best outcome and experience. It is very important that patients seeking individualized care are seen on a regular basis to ensure efficient progress. Operating as a membership-based private practice has allowed us to limit our practice size and allow for a more personalized, caring experience for our patients.

Our membership packages cover required wellness visits, recommended tests for children’s visits, and Annual Membership Dues. 

  • Annual Membership Fee and one-time New Member Registration Fee are not covered by insurance.   

  • We offer a $50 in-office credit for each additional family member when signing up for yearly packages. 

  • New Membership Registration Fee applies only to new patients ($350).

Little Lights (First Three Years)

  •  Gentle, whole-family pediatric care for your child’s first three years of life

    • Includes:

    • Well-child visits from birth to age 3

    • Developmental milestone tracking

    • Parental coaching visits

    • Priority direct messaging through the Cerbo portal

    Authorizations, Prescription and supplement facilitation, test ordering outside of office visits, coordination of care with specialists, and other behind-the-scenes services.

    A Functional Medicine approach which is more thorough and promotes overall wellness.

    Access to Home Visits for those who are in the area ($450-$650/visit).

    Smaller practice size to allow for reasonable and urgent appointment scheduling.

    Patient Portal and Communication Access 24 hours a day.

    Member visits range from $205 - $450 depending on the length and complexity of the visit.

Estrogen Edge (Women’s Hormonal Health & Wellness Program)

  • For patients who are ready to go beyond symptom management and delve into the roots of their physical, emotional, and well-being, the Health Optimization Program (HOP) offers a comprehensive and intensive 4-month journey into healing and vitality. This plan is personalized to your body, history, and lifestyle, and includes advanced assessments, targeted interventions such as Gut Health, Heavy Metals, and Mold Toxicity. Working with a practitioner and a nutritionist.

    Who is this for?

    The Health Optimization Program is designed for patients who:

    • Have a specific unresolved health issues that haven’t responded to conventional care. Or an intensive upgrade in your healthcare.

    • Are highly motivated to explore root causes and make meaningful lifestyle, nutritional, and emotional changes.

The Alchemy Path (Healing + Mentorship)
